The airlines reservation is the system that provides not only ticket booking services but also it gives the complete information about the Airlines Company. The ticket booking is made very easy that the customer can book tickets, hotels etc., by using the airlines reservation service.
The ticket booking service will accept the requirements of the customers and facilitates and then verifies whether the requested number of tickets for a flight can be booked or not using travel information function. If tickets are available then the requested services are provided. Eventually this service displays the appropriate flights information for selection. This online application is very flexible so that the customer can easily fill his details and receive the ticket in time.

Information from different satellites such as information related to the weather, security, climatic conditions, route maps etc. Satellite information system takes all the information from all the satellites and stores the information accordingly. This application is going to separate the data and stores it accordingly, such as information related to weather is stored separately and information related to other categories is stored accordingly. That stored data is again presented in the form of different reports basing on the request given by the user. This application is going to store the huge data and that information is available at the time request. User can have the information related to any day at any point of time. Information of previous day, month or year can be available. Admin organizes the data which comes as an input and user can access the data in the required statistical report. User is restricted in using the data basing on the permissions given by the admin.

Human faces can be identified with different biometric features, which are genetic properties of a human being. If the biometric features can be extracted from facial image then they can be used for face recognition. Robust face recognition system has potential application in the area of surveillance and physical security. An attempt is being made to implement “facial feature extraction” with a new technique developed by us, for extraction of the facial features in facial feature extraction.
It consists of a new technique for extracting facial feature of candidates from the frontal view of a face has been explored. For detection of correct features, a confidence measure has been applied for all combinations of features candidates obtained from an edge-map of the image.
In this work a method is proposed to extract the feature points of the face automatically. It provides a feasible way to locate the positions of the mouth, nose and the two eyebrows from face image. This approach would help to extract useful features on human face automatically and improve the accuracy of face recognition. The experiments show that the method presented in this paper could locate the three feature points from faces exactly and quickly.
This system is used to compare human faces with a simplest way to compare and secure PCs with minimum cost. It can find the color features of the human beings.

The project “Call Center Management” automates the operations of a call center by giving replies to the customer’s queries. By adding more entries to the data base store, the application can respond to more number of queries from the customers. The importance is given on giving correct reply to the input queries.
The project gets the queries from the various customers and stores them in a centralized data store. When there are number of queries the queries are stored up in a queue and then the queries are processed one by one. There are separate blocks called data recognizer for recognizing the data, i.e. queries, and data interpreter for interpreting those queries. The input query from the customer is first recognized by the data recognizer by comparing with the entries in the data base store. In the database the solution for each and every query is stored and maintained. Then it is interpreted as what type of query it is and how it should respond to the query. The input query is compared with the queries in the database store. The solution for the input query is founded. The information service switch switches the application between different type of distributed services. The final result, the reply to the customer’s query is obtained at the end.
The project is developed in the environment of .NET. The server side scripting for the website is done through ASP.NET, client presentations do through HTML and VB Script with data stored in SQL SERVER database.
